First the price was great . Once I walked in I was met with a smile from a beautiful young lady I believe her name was melee excuse me if that was incorrect. The Customer service was just wonderful. Big ups to management . This hotel definitely is goin the correct way with it's employees. Throughout my stay I felt she went above and beyond when I return to California I definitely will be booking my rooms with hotel vue

At this price point, it’s a solid hotel. You aren’t paying much, so you shouldn’t expect much. The floors are vacuumed, the bathrooms are clean (even though they could use a better caulk job, there are clear stains in 301). This hotel was last updated 10+ years ago and it shows. Rugs are worn need replacing, but they weren’t dirty. Patel Owners are clearly spending as little as possible to offer a base product. Internet was 30 mbps up/down but had latency. That’s probably why people complained. It worked, but not perfect for zoom. Patio windows need to be cleaned. An easy miss by the staff. Bed comfort was fine. Sheets were clean. Room fridge was handy. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning unit was surprisingly not loud and managed room temp well. If I need the cheapest, least offensive hotel in Mountain view, this would be it.
