I stayed here a about month or two ago and wasn’t too pleased with my stay but I had to book a room over the weekend and to my surprise, the experience was better! Luckily the same receptionist who was there last time was there again. Mele! She’s so helpful and kind. Truly the definition of customer service :) The only thing I would say about my stay is that the floor was still a little dirty. Not as bad as last time but definitely can use a bit more cleaning.

My family and I stayed at this hotel two years ago & don’t remember how great the service was like we did this past week. We loved front desk Mele so much! She was so knowledgeable about the area … recommended great food spots that we tried and loved & knew where everything was. (shopping and fun things for kids to do) Not to mention her friendliness and always willing to help when we encountered her. The cleaning staff was also great. Our room was very well kept and we loved our stay at Hotel Vue! Prices and great service will definitely win us with another visit!

Let’s just say this is a perfect little boutique hotel, everything is walking distance and I love it. I came for the Alice In Chains concert at the Shoreline Amphitheater and I must say front desk associate Mele is very knowledgeable of the area, food and night life. Great suggestions and made the stay very unique and memorable. Keep up the great work Mele and see you next time we are back for a concert 😎
