I suggested the hotel to my father after the experience I had. He booked a couple nights there to see for himself and he loved it ! The customer service was above and beyond thanks to Mele once again. There was an issue with my father’s room and without complain , Mele moved him to another room in a timely manner. I highly suggest this hotel and to ask for Mele Everytime you stay here she won’t disappoint 😊

I stayed here a about month or two ago and wasn’t too pleased with my stay but I had to book a room over the weekend and to my surprise, the experience was better! Luckily the same receptionist who was there last time was there again. Mele! She’s so helpful and kind. Truly the definition of customer service :) The only thing I would say about my stay is that the floor was still a little dirty. Not as bad as last time but definitely can use a bit more cleaning.
