Perfectly ordinary. There is nothing that would stop me from booking here again, however, there is nothing helping me want to book here again.

Perfectly acceptable but not ...

Perfectly acceptable but not outstanding hotel. Simple rooms, reasonable breakfast,;nothing is bad but nothing stands out either. I pick this hotel purely for it's location: proximity to VTA buses is great, and CalTrain is not too far away. An In'N'Out just across the street is a nice bonus.
