When I arrived, the person that checked us in was not really friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. The person that does the night shift, Alexis or Alexa she was not friendly at all. When I woke up too get complimentary breakfast, there was bread, bagels and coffee. There was no effort. At that time, there was a shift change and the lady that came in the morning, Mali I believe, she was very nice. She set out more food and was very welcoming. Thank you for making our stay better with your customer service.

I adore this place. Hotel is clean and staff is exceptionally nice. Mele front desk very helpful with my needs and made my stay comfortable. She s awesome. I will come back soon.
